Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all phases of facade projects, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
– Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
– Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
– Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
– Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and contracts.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from design to delivery.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
– Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the facade or construction industries.
– Strong project management and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Demonstrated long-term commitment to previous roles, showcasing the ability to contribute to sustained growth and stability within a company.
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6) is a plus.
– Knowledge of facade systems and industry standards, is a plus.
PMP certification is a plus.

Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, under the supervision of the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
– Supervise and coordinate site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
– Monitor the progress of work and report any issues or delays to the Project Engineer/Project Manager, proactively developing solutions to address challenges.
– Ensure that safety and environmental regulations are adhered to on-site.
– Assist in the preparation of site reports, documentation, and schedules.
– Liaise with project teams to ensure the proper implementation of plans and specifications.
– Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design and project specifications.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– 2 years of experience in site engineering, or fresh graduates with high interpersonal skills and good caliber are welcomed.
– Strong supervisory and organizational skills, ensuring smooth site operations and maintaining project continuity.
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities, ensuring strong team collaboration and
stability on-site.

Mid-Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Handle cash and capital expense transactions and payroll accounting.
Manage VAT returns and refunds.
Oversee payroll procedures including payments, payslips and compliance with trade union and social insurance requirements (IR 59, IR7, IR63).
Provide technical support and advice on management accounting.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Liaise with the Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or in a senior accounting role.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Computer literacy is essential.

Office Manager / HR Specialist
Responsibilities:

– Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
– Prepare reports on project timelines, progress, and any issues impacting project delivery.
– Identify and mitigate risks related to project schedules and timelines.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
– Proven experience in planning, with a minimum of 5 years in the façade and construction industries.
– Mandatory experience with Primavera P6 for project management.
– Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
– Familiarity with façade systems and industry standards.
– PMP certification is a plus.
