Mid-Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Handle cash and capital expense transactions and payroll accounting.
Manage VAT returns and refunds.
Oversee payroll procedures including payments, payslips and compliance with trade union and social insurance requirements (IR 59, IR7, IR63).
Provide technical support and advice on management accounting.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Liaise with the Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or in a senior accounting role.
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Computer literacy is essential.

Office Manager / HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
– Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management.
– Must have adept organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
– Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars.
– Arranges travel processes, including flight and hotel booking and car rentals.
– Oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries.
– Help guide employees through human resources procedures and answer questions about an organization’s policies.
– Experience in documentation, payroll, benefits, leave management, immigration procedures, health and safety (H&S) and employee onboarding/offboarding.

Facade Project Manager
Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
– Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
– Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
– Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing.
– Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
– Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
– Proven experience in façade engineering, with a minimum of [6+] years in a project management role.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
– Familiarity with façade systems and industry standards.
– PMP certification is a plus.
Senior Planning Engineer
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for façade projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
– Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to integrate project plans and schedules.
– Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
– Prepare reports on project timelines, progress, and any issues impacting project delivery.
– Identify and mitigate risks related to project schedules and timelines.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
– Proven experience in planning, with a minimum of 5 years in the façade and construction industries.
– Mandatory experience with Primavera P6 for project management.
– Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
– Familiarity with façade systems and industry standards.
– PMP certification is a plus.
